Fresh looks for the New Year

We’re bringing 12 stunning new horse coats to Rival Stars Horse Racing, giving you even more ways to make your stable stand out. These fresh designs showcase the variety and individuality of our horse racing champions, which is perfect for creating your dream stable. Some of the highlights include the stunning Blended Lacing, Splattered Overo, and Torn Dapples coats shown in our feature image.

Celebrate Lunar New Year with us!

The Lunar New Year is here, and we’re rolling out the red carpet—literally! From January 27th to February 2nd, join us in celebrating with a festive Limited Time Event packed with rewards to help you and your horses shine.

Participating is simple—earn points by breeding horses, competing in races, and completing tasks. The more points you rack up, the closer you’ll get to unlocking incredible prizes!

Festive vibes, amazing rewards—don’t miss the Lunar Luck Tack Set in the Luminous Leaps Event!

This event has something for everyone! The Lunar Luck Tack Set, with its vibrant red and gold design, will be available to all players during the event. For those who purchase the Race Pass, there are additional exclusive rewards, including unique horses, five extra pasture spaces, and a horse stall. It’s the perfect time to stock up on resources and give your stable a festive upgrade!

Looking ahead, the celebration doesn’t stop with Lunar New Year. Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day are right around the corner, and we’ve got exciting events lined up to celebrate these seasonal holidays. Stay tuned for more ways to keep your stable stocked with rewards and your horses dressed to impress!

Changes and Fixes

  • 12 New Horse Coats: 
    • Add variety to your stable with stunning new patterns like Blended Lacing, Splattered Overo, and Torn Dapples. Available through Exotic Genes Events, Limited Time Events, and Marketplace offers.
  • Lunar New Year Limited Time Event: 
    • Celebrate the season with festive rewards like the Lunar Luck Tack Set (available to all players) and exclusive Race Pass rewards, including unique horses, a horse stall, and five extra pasture spaces. 
    • Earn points by racing, breeding, and completing tasks!

Other notable changes and bug fixes:

  • Fixed a mane color issue:
    Fixed an issue where certain horse coats experienced an unintended mane color change after the 1.58 update; they now display correctly.
  • Corrected jockey face visuals:
    Fixed a visual bug affecting jockeys’ faces in Free Roam and Cross Country modes.
  • Crossbred horses show correct coats:
    Fixed an issue where crossbred horses displayed the non-dominant breed’s coat instead of their primary breed’s coat.
  • Gold collection in early tutorial:
    Fixed an issue preventing gold purchased from the Web Shop from being collected during the early game tutorial.
  • Adjusted jump mechanics in Free Roam Show Jumping:
  • You can no longer hold down the Jump button indefinitely to clear jumps; the mechanic now requires proper timing.
  • Custom foal names in Photo Mode:
    Custom foal names now appear in Photo Mode.
  • Manes now visible in roundels:
    Fixed an issue where horse manes were missing in roundels when collecting rewards from live events.
  • Skip Training button appears correctly:
    Fixed an issue where the Skip Training button did not appear in the Cross Country menu when selecting a horse currently in training.
  • No more incorrect toasts:
    Fixed an issue where incorrect toasts appeared after completing a Steeplechase race.
  • Star Club banners display correctly:
    Fixed an issue causing Star Club banners to disappear in the Breeding Screen when filters were applied.
  • Breed & buy missions with VIP horses:
    Fixed an issue preventing users from completing breed and buy missions with VIP store horses.
  • Exotic Gene events for High Prestige:
    High Prestige players now see only appropriately graded horses in Exotic Gene events.
  • Crash issue resolved:
    Fixed a crash occurring when California-based players tried to purchase gold via the ‘Not Enough Gold’ popup.
